David G. Hutchens,
Vice President, Energy Efficiency and Resource Planning

Mr. Hutchens joined TEP in 1995. In May 2009, Mr. Hutchens was named Vice President of Energy Efficiency and Resource Planning. In January 2007, Mr. Hutchens was elected Vice President of Wholesale Marketing at UniSource Energy and TEP, and Vice President of UNS Gas.

Mr. Hutchens graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. He recived his Master of Business Administration with Emphasis in Finance from the University of Arizona in 1999.
